What we are doing to help prevent the spread of Covid-19:

As healthcare providers, we are diligently protecting the safety of our staff and our patients. Here are the steps we are taking to make sure everyone is safe from Covid-19.

Personal Protection Equipment
Staff is utilizing the necessary masks, gloves, and sanitizing agents each time they visit patients. Our clinicians are very well versed in the techniques to maintain a clean environment when they are in the home. We have reviewed these steps with clinicians and provided additional tutorials. Hand washing and sanitizing equipment happens multiple times during each home visit.

Staff Self Reporting
Staff is screened every morning by 8AM to ensure they had no exposure or exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19. Any staff who think they may have had exposure or develop symptoms are immediately removed from schedules and self-quarantined

Social Distancing
Our non-clinical staff – administration, finance, human resources, billing, development – are all working remotely. Our office is closed although one or two staff members are there if anyone needs to go to our office. Please call our main number at 970-930-6008 if you need to visit the office. Our social work and chaplain staff are making their visits over the phone to stay in touch with patients and families.

Support
We have a support line set up in case anyone in our communities is feeling anxious or troubled during this time. Isolation can bring about these feelings and we want to give everyone the opportunity to reach out to speak with one of our chaplains for support. You can reach them directly at 970-930-6029.

Food and Supplies
We have staff who are coordinating distributing food and supplies to patients and their families in need. Please let your case manager know if you find yourself without food or supplies. We will work to get items delivered to you.
