We offer free, in-home consultations and we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your questions.
Although a new medical condition or illness can be overwhelming, with the right assistance from our HomeCare team, we can help you manage your health or recovery. As the only locally-based, non-profit provider in the valley, we have a passion for quality care because our patients are not just patients – they are friends, family, and neighbors.

Our staff cares for individuals with many diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, cancer, heart disease, strokes, extensive and complicated wound care, as well as diabetes management.
We also provide exceptional physical and occupational therapy care for patients who are either recovering from surgical procedures, or who need assistance in disease management.
For those whose care requires a change in diets, we have consulting dieticians.
Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists are also available for rehabilitation and can provide instruction on how to adapt to physical limitations.
• Wound/ostomy care for patients with ostomies, wounds, pressure ulcers, and problems with incontinence.
• Infusion therapy – for patients requiring IV therapy, such as antibiotics and nutritional support.
• Palliative care offers a wide array of services, including visits and telephone calls to support the best possible quality of life for patients whose goal is to prevent or relieve suffering.
• Pediatric care for the medically complex and technology-dependent children.

Medicare, Medicaid, and most all private insurances provide coverage for skilled home health services.
We will work with all insurances to obtain as much coverage as possible for home health services. We are committed to serving patients regardless of their insurance. We can provide home health care in your home or at an assisted living facility.

Home health teams are trained in Hospice as well as home health care. If a patient requires both home care and Hospice, they will have the same staff.
