Donations Make a Difference
Hospice of the Valley is a nonprofit organization. We rely on donor support to provide high-quality hospice services. You can make a difference for families in Eagle, Garfield, and Pitkin counties. Your contribution will help provide hospice care and services, along with grief and bereavement support to anyone regardless of their ability to pay. Gifts can be made in honor of or in memory of a loved one. We appreciate your support and willingness to assist our mission. Upon request, we will send a hand-written acknowledgment to individuals whom you designate, notifying them of your thoughtful gesture. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed.

Obituary Notifications
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Hospice of the Valley either online at HCHOTV.org or mailed to 823 Grand St #300, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601.
