Six-Part Grief Share Support Series – Part 2

10/21/2025
3:30 pm

5:00 pm
Carbondale Branch Library

Sopris Lodge at Carbondale Senior Living and HomeCare & Hospice of the Valley are hosting a six-part grief support series at the Carbondale Branch Library. October’s session will be co-led by Marie Herr, Executive Director of Sopris Lodge, and Anne Wolf, an integrative trauma coach. They’ll discuss how grief affects both heart and body—causing stress, tension, sleep issues, and other health challenges—and how the fatigue of caregiving can add another layer to the grieving process. The speakers will also share simple, supportive practices to bring calm and create space for healing.

Tuesday, October 21, 2025 | 3:30-5 p.m.
Community Room | Carbondale Branch Library | 320 Sopris Ave.

This series is free and open to the public, but space is limited. Please RSVP by calling 970-432-8772 or visit soprislodge.com/events.
